Sarah L. Martin received a B.S. degree from West Virginia University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Charleston Chapter of CPAs and is licensed to practice accounting in West Virginia and Florida. Ms. Martin is an Intuit Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor for the desktop, enterprise, online and point-of-sale editions of the software.

Ms. Martin brings to the firm a distinguished record of over 20 years in strategic planning and financial and operational leadership. She has experience in start-ups as well as corporate turnarounds and expansions. Ms. Martin served as Controller of multi-national General Electric Specialty Chemicals, Vice President of the Clay Center for the Arts and Sciences of West Virginia, Vice President of Syscan Corporation, a college instructor, and in executive leadership positions in banking, coal, health care and real estate development.
