About Tyler

Tyler Cornell is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Alderson Broaddus University, where he received his BSBA, and Marshall University, where he received his MBA. Tyler brings years of experience to his practice and is well-versed in a wide variety of matters. Much of Tyler's work focuses on tax compliance, transaction advisory, business succession planning, business valuation, oil and gas taxation, multi-state compliance issues, and trust and estate taxation. During his free time, Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife and friends as well as getting outdoors doing various activities in WV's mountains.
